Ashok Raj is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.  A highbrow prolific writer and researcher, his expertise spans diverse subjects including Indic studies, Indian scientific and spiritual heritage, indigenous knowledge systems, cinema and society, gender issues, and climate change. Beyond his scholarly pursuits, he occasionally ventures into film-making and radio-serials. 

Ashok Raj has a life’s mission to invigorate the young minds with scientific temper. He has assiduously been promoting children’s science congress and children’s science exhibitions, believing in the power of heuristics to burnish the minds of tomorrow’s nation builders.
