Mother Nature is hailed as the guiding force, and the author holds herself a mere protégé who has learnt from the profundity of Gaia. The basic elements are effulgent enough to conjure up the esoteric delight awaited by all. This book has an all-encompassing approach bolstered with subtle astrology to render the ultimate succor to humanity. The book does not go text-heavy instead, it gets imbued with nature visuals crafted to offer reality and a lasting panacea. 

The pages bear a chiaroscuro effect, seeming like a dappled splatter of wisdom upon text-light pages, and yet it’s potent enough to make readers completely consumed with knowing more. It's sheer wondrous and daunting that the writer can muster up to explicate planetary motions, considering own being to be a part of the same creation and tabulate the celestial key features such as their detriment, exalted, ruling aspects among other key features. And accordingly Mia Kamara suggests individual framing of mantras as well. What appears far-fetched to many may be a casual feature to some discerning manifestations like the author. 

The book points out several existing practices that scuttle our innate consciousness. Do we ever take note of our gossiping and needling habits? They have inimical effects on our thoughts. Human maladies require toxins to be flushed out. Succinctly, such things are discussed to usher control of own self.
